I order a productshipment of product confirmed but tracking does no workan

I ordered a product, shipment was confirmed on 26/4 on 7/5/25 still no delivery. Impossible to track delivery from link provided in email. If I check my orders, on joom web site: history is emptyI contacted customer service . Automated reply go in your orders and click on order !!! Therefore I cannot submit my claim in a form as advised by customer support. I will have to file a claim for a charge back via my bank

Not sure why people are complaining, I was a bit worried since rereading some reviews but I got my stuff in a timely manner and was given updates. It works with the app, so if you don't want to download it you can't really use their customer service.
