Review Time
Update: I finally received my goods. Order delivery date was way off what I was led to believe it would be. To get information on my order I have sign up to their app, which I only discovered after I ordered the item. The sales page stated 3-5 working days. Now joom are gaslighting me. I would avoid them like the plague.
Joom failed to deliver an order - which may not have been their fault - and JOOM actively promote their refund polcy and make it sound very convincing - BUT when you make a claim for a refund, they go very quiet and you will NEVER hear from them again! Forget ever getting a refund from JOOM - be prepared to write-off any order if lost, damaged or incorrect - JOOM just don't want to know.
I couldn't find the product I wanted on the Joom app so did a Google search and found it on Joom there, bought the item and found it was Joom Latvia but I couldn't find the order details on my app.The lady in the Joom customer support was extremely helpful and professional she found my item and transferred it to my account and gave me the tracking details. I'm very happy with the service.
