I ordered a product, shipment was confirmed on 26/4 on 7/5/25 still no delivery. Impossible to track delivery from link provided in email. If I check my orders, on joom web site: history is emptyI contacted customer service . Automated reply go in your orders and click on order !!! Therefore I cannot submit my claim in a form as advised by customer support. I will have to file a claim for a charge back via my bank
