I was not happy with a recent order. They were too small for me and wanted to return them. And Joom after they investigated the order refunded me straight away without any qualms. Thank you so much Joom it is a pleasure shopping with such good understanding Retailers.
Hi everything is good thank you 😊 I had a bulk order delivered and a Pacman adjustment tool was missing from the delivery. I was hoping that I could have received the tool but I was refunded as this is the way you do things. It could have been better if I had been able to get the tool but I'll get by. Just to update on your reply, You suggest that if I require the tool that I place an order for same. That's all fine but if I am to get a good deal I will have to purchase 3 items. Doing that makes the item I have already bought and hoped to receive very expensive.
What a huge disappointment. Now my son is going to miss out on his 2 main favourite presents :(. I ordered on the 16th of november. No notifications or anything. So today the 12/12/24 j messaged joom all tp find out they "tried" to deliver to my address on the 30/11/24. They first said noone was home amd then said my address was wrong! How have i just found all this out today? And then immediately they refunded me. What happened in the 12 days inbetween which would have gave me plenty of time to re-order or sort address ect. Its almost Christmas and now my son will miss out. Awful service
Package never was delivered, the delivery companie admitted responsability and sent compensation to them. They denied this and effectively stole the compensation money and didn't give me any solutions. So I got neither the package or compensation.
