Are you guys fukking kidding with me, I order and you guys delay my package the first time I contacted the support, you guys told me that you place the order manually, that's why I took a bit longer then normal, I got the post office text that I have a package 26/11. I paid my order 28/10.But today?! i called the post office, why haven't received any package? Its bcs guys didn't do anything right, you guys didn't even not fill any delivery info, no phone number or name, address. Today, I called the post office again and my package has been returned thanks to your mistakes, its on it way to France and this is the second time you guys sill FUKKED up! Jokers, I will not recommend this to anyone who is reading this! The order is a Christmas present, I order it more than 1 month ago, and you still mess it up?! With first and the most important thing to delivery the order to the customer, is to fill the delivery info, and you guys wouldn't even do that right?! Call France, send t back and fill the dqmn delivery form right, I want my order before Christmas eve, otherwise I want my refund!
I have been a customer with JOOM for several years. Their services are too 200 procent saticifing. Fast delivery and the very best products in the market. I am soo glad to their top quality. Joom has a 85 day warranty in case your order doesn’t arrive. My power bank hasn’t arrived after 33 days. You have to wait 85 days before they will issue a refund. They will not cancel. Now I have to buy a second power bank because I can’t wait 85 days. If it arrives, I would have spent $280 on two power banks when I only need one. DONT BUY FROM JOOM IF YOU NEED SOMETHING BEFORE 45 -85 DAYS. There is no guarantee it will arrive before 85 days. My package has been awaiting flight in HL for 33 days and still no arrival indicationWhen you buy the product. Expected delivery times is shown as 15 days. This deceptive. It’s actually 15-45 days with warranty up to 85 days
Excellent customer service support. I had a large order. The quality of the products were very good. I am very happy with all my items purchased. Delivery was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely be using Joom again in the future
I did a request a few weeks ago.As it did not arrive yet I wanted to track it.Nothing shows in my orders section, which by itself is a shitty CX if I want to complain or check or ask for reimburse.Although I got an e-mail when the item was in a Shatian city, it had a tracking number that also leads to “oops the page does not exist!”. This + the website left me very very nervous and uncomfortable.On the upside when I sent an aid request on the website with my tracking number they did the fastest reply I’ve ever seen (a few minutes)- with a link to my countries’s carrier saying they are waiting for the product. Not perfect but somewhat reassuring.Will update this review if/when the package arrives.
