I was a fan of their service called Tiger. The team was very responsive and helpful.Unfortunately they cancelled this service without informing me as I believe it wasn't profitable for them. They have continued to charge my credit card for a year plus and have not been responsive. It also seems like the turnover of employees is rapid so don't get too tied to your account managers.I will be filing disputes with my bank and they'll be looking at some heavy chargebacks I would imagine. I did find a custom developer offering the same services that I reccomend.

The support of the team and our personal manager is really gorgeous, 24/7. We experience the problems as we need to customize the platform dramatically, the team is trying to the best to solve them to satisfy all our needs. Hope we will come to the great success together.
