Review Time
On may 5th 2021 I was incentivized to write a positive review. I can not figure out how to change that review so here is the honest one. I've been using JW (JungleWorks) for over 3 years. My experience started off OK but not great. I've paid for things I've never received and just ended up dealing with it. The past year however I have had so many issues and I've lost THOUSANDS in sales because of it. I've developed workarounds on my own for some things that JW just can't seem to fix and I dealt with it. I have built a successful business with JW but now my business is failing because of their constant issues. Do you think they make it right? NO. The raised the fees I pay them instead and my account manager pretty much just brushers it off saying "Every software company will have it's bugs." Well that may be true but JW has so many at this time and still chooses to up the price? JW, If you choose to make this right with me and do the right thing I will change my reviews. otherwise I'll leave my honest feedback everywhere I can.
From experience, I would not advise anyone to work with Jungleworks for now. As they are not accountable after your payment is received . The company is money oriented without any regards for clients satisfaction or service delivery. Once your payment is received. Business attitude of jungleworks changes . Communication becomes vague. Most of their services are still work in progress. Yet they make you pay for a service that they cannot effectively provide and waste your time and money, energy. Also they are not a flexible company. Inferior and error filled softwares developed they try to force on their clients. It’s not worth it, save your energy, time and money. I will advise from my own experience .
Many promises are made. Little is delivered. Capacity is blamed.I would advise you to investigate alternate services. Few staff at Jungleworks have an in-depth understanding of their product or their customers needs.At the conclusion of our partnership, the most senior members of the management team communicated like toddlers.After several missed deadlines, poor communication, and other justifications, a senior member of the JW team proposed that we upgrade our subscription level.When I inquired what we would receive on the more premium plan (in terms of service levels) as well as how much it cost, the same person reacted childishly that we should stop being customers altogether.
Where to start??? I would give minus stars if I could!!! Firstly, It's taken over a year and its still not ready. They said it would take three weeks and one year later Jungleworks have not fixed issues with the app preventing me from launching.Jungleworks held me to ransom with making payments despite what they delivered does not work. Jungleworks restricted access to the platform when I refused to pay 100% of the cost even though they have not fixed the issues or can even confirm it will operate as it should.In my brief it was explained that app would do what I want, but this was not the case.App doesn't work as it should, there is a flaw in the design.I pointed it out, they agreed to make changes to the software, agreed that it would take a month and gave me a completion date. No sooner did that date expire, they backtracked and said they have no intention of making the changes.Now I am left with an app with a massive design flaw while they still chase for their payment and show zero empathy.No one has any idea what they are doingSimple issues on my landing page took over 7 months to correct before I had to find someone to do it for me outside of Jungleworks.High turnover of staff who have no idea and the more into the development process we get, the less responsive they have becomeTHERE IS MUCH MORE NOT MENTIONED HERE!!!!Instead of celebrating a success with Jungleworks, they are the reason for my venture not working so far.I could get my money back, I would rather start again with someone elseCSM@jungleworks will reply here asking me to message them, FYI I have messaged you 5 times before posting this and you have not responded.
