Review Time
They are super fraud people, poor management. after payment sales team wash off their hands. don't deliver in the promised time and nither complete the project. after every complaint, they just change the new CRM and developer. also didn't refund the paid amount. all negative reviews seem correct to me as I myself victim. sent them legal notice as well for cheating but of no use, they offered to complete the project but later again backed out. Never give these guys any project to work on.
Worst system! Very bad customer service! the account manager will just acknowledge and ignore your issues in their system but surely the manager nor the developer will not solve the issue! Also the account manager here know have any knowledge with their own product! SCAMMER! JUNGLEWORKS!
My experience with JungleWorks is that is is nothing less than a band of thieves.After failing to deliver they continued to bill me even despite acknowledging their failure to deliver - and accepting that they did not meet the terms of the contract.All requests for a refund were ignored.I sent notice in writing to cancel all related products and services.Despite this, one year later they billed me further for an additional year of services.Again they refused to refund me - I opened a case of fraud with the bank and the bank reversed the charges for the latest bill only.
