PLEASE BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY…

If you don’t want to waste your time and money then avoid the jungleworks, I’ve paid about £1000 to complete my website but after they received the money they kept ignoring me the only HONEST PERSON IN THIS COMPANY IS MR SARIT I mean he does his job probably but it’s not him who keeps your money, waste your time and constantly lying to you, they make me pay $500 to add the Kurdish language to my website which they failed to do so, first they sent me the full English version and they wanted me to translate it into Kurdish language which I did so and I sent them the full translation and after some time I had to follow up and then they’ve asked me to send them again which I did again and again AND they’ve asked me 6 times which I did sent it 6 times but still they’ve failed to do so and now I’m asking for the refund because I’ve found the weglot.com to add the Kurdish language to my website for free but they refused to refund me and I’ve asked them to delete all my data and close my website because I’ve lost the trust in them and will see what will come next… PLEASE PEOPLE BE WARE OF THE JUNGLEWORKS, Otherwise I promise you won’t get your money back and you will have sooo much headache and will be unhappy with JUNGLEWORKS JUST LIKE ME AND ALL OTHERS, it’s shame on the CEO of the company.

Tookan JungleWorks - Stay Away!!!

I have been trying for 2 months to cancel my account with no joy, I keep getting billed for a service I do not use!Attempt 1 - Online Chat. Was told the account will be cancelled and someone will be in contact. Waited a few weeks and nothing happened.Attempt 2 - Online chat. Same as last but got transcript emailed to me for proof this time. Again was told someone will contact me but nothing.Attempt 3 - Open a ticket. Was clear that I wanted to cancel the account. Got a response asking why which I responded to (of course have proof of this). A few hours later I got a auto response saying the ticket is closed due to no response.Attempt 4 - Emailed 2 people at Tookan which I had email addresses for, namely Rajat and Rashmi. No luck so far.Attempt 5 - Go public on Trust Pilot, hopefully I get a response now? The effort needed to cancel an account is absolutely ridiculous. All other services I have tried have a cancellation option in the dashboard and is a simple procedure. With JungleWorks it seems as they make this process so difficult that one just resumes paying the account.If this does not work next step would be to get hold of my credit card company.Stay away from Tookan JungleWorks, an extremely difficult company to deal with!Update 2022-02-01Issue is still not resolved. I emailed the email address provided in a reply to this review and they have not even bothered to reply. My only option now is to cancel my credit card with my bank so that I cannot be billed anymore. STAY AWAY FROM JUNGLEWORKS!

Awesome experience!

I want to start by saying that I think that JungleWorks has stepped up a lot. Why I am saying this is because when I started working with them, some reviews on Trustpilot where pretty awful. I previously worked with a company called Ordering. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bad experience. I spent about 30.000 USD and at the end I don't own or have anything. The devastating part was that they could not integrate a payment method I paid 1500 USD to integrate and refused to return the money. With JungleWork the approach is totally different. Here you don't have to spend 30.000 USD to have features you desire. Their base is much broader and stuff like payment gateways are integrated for free. I have been very lucky with JungleWorks and the support has been awesome. I don't know if it's because I left Ordering but if everyone is treated like I have been, then I think this company will grow to be nr 1 soon.

Our account manager Manish has been very supportive and professional.He is always avaliable and arranges mutually convenient times to assist. He has also been very patient with us as we are not very tech savvy. I find him polite, knowledgeable and he continues to help us during a quite stressful time.

I have a delivery business and I came to jungleworks for getting their delivery management platform Tookan.Apart from minor hiccups that I had in the past the dedicated Account Manager Manish had taken care of all the issues and is very prompt in response. Recommended for the startups.

Unprofessional customer service and…

Unprofessional customer service and poor project managers - I searched on the internet for a robust ecommerce order delivery management system and came across Tookan System, at first the team at Jungleworks was excited as I was to deliver my project quickly. We signed the contract and I paid the 50% upfront tranche. This is where my horrific experience with Jungleworks started, the team took almost 2 weeks before they could commence the project and all of a sudden the individuals who would call me even at mid-night became non-responsive until i threatened to cancel the contract. To this date, after several months, my project has been abandoned and despite the daily mails, no one responds. I never thought this sort of poor customer experience and arrogant attitude still existed especially given that there are so many alternatives out there. We are now contemplating abandoning the project, losing our 50% payment and starting afresh. Am very sure next time I will be more conscious about dealing with companies of this nature.
