Our account manager sent us the invoice after our account got blocked and we found out in the morning and it took us 3 hours to get unblocked. We lost credibility and trust from our customers that we spent a year+ trying to build a relationship with.No apology or accountability, thanks guys 👍
Jungleworks / Tookan don't have support! Even if it doesn't work.If you're looking to select a dispatcher and in my case with integration with deliverect RUN!Deliverect add on don’t accept “0” as a value for Buffer. Wich means you will end ALWAYS with a different time even when you don't want to change anything.Timezone in Deliverect integration is a value. Not a timezone wich creates a problem for clients that hour changes.And last but not least let's figure it out. System always adds or subtracts the values 3 times.Pick-up, Delivery and another one that nobody can explain.Look for Vromo or other with support! This one just don't work.
