They provide the cover we need

They provide the cover we need as a landlord and make it easy for us to renew each year and remain covered. We have not yet had cause to make a claim so can not comment of this element of their service but have been with them for years and are very happy with how convenient it is with online services.

Had to phone twice

Had to phone twice. First payment wouldn't go through, so had to start again after a further 'phone call. A renewal form should be included in renewal notice.

Send you around in circles and unhelpful when call

Visited the website to get a quote - as it was over 30 days since the last quote I was asked to fill in the details again, which I did.I received an email asking a question that had already been answered when I filled out the details as above. It asked me to amend the quote to provide the answer I had already given.When I clicked amend the quote it expected me to fill the entire form out again - I would essentially fill out the same info I did the first time and presumably get the same result.I called the number and explained and they basically said to do just that - fill out the form again. Were unable to take the info over the phone. Gave up.
