Am happy with the insurance and the service provided. I haven't needed to make any claim, so I can't comment on that. Payment of premium on line was straight forward and without issue today - I tried to pay three days ago and the transaction kept failing, but I don't know if that was caused at my end or yours, but all well now.
It would be useful, when renewing a policy, to be able to entry the policy number and quote number, and for the cost of renewal to be display by the system, rather than me typing it in.This would give me more confidence that the payment I am making is going to the right policy.
I received e-mails saying “Proceed with Cover” but when doing this the website would not allow.This was as the quote was May and it is now July, however your website doesn’t say the old quote is not valid.Also you go off the page with the quote reference, and immediately get asked for the quote reference Alex or was it Alec, very responsive.
Expensive policies, but bringing peace of mind with totally comprehensive cover, including risks that other insurers commonly raise issues over, such as flood risk where the postcode lies in a risk zone, but there has been no flooding and flood defences are strong locally and also tenants behaviour, eg leaving windows and doors unlocked, which a landlord has no control over.
