Good, but slipping a bit.

Have used Just Landlords for many years. It's still good value for money, but quality has slipped since the takeover by Gallagher. You can no longer renew a policy over the phone (why ever not??), and the website needs redesigning: there is no prominent "Pay now" button. Also, the address for the property you're renewing does not appear on the first page; you have to hunt for it – a bit annoying if you have more than one property.

thought I'd avoided this lot

thought I'd avoided this lot, but no, I give up and will continue to search for 'cheaper' quotes. This lot replaced rentguard which charged £100/year since 2007 then upped the pricing to 250, so i fell into this lot. still looking...............

I normally change insurance providers every year because they increase prices considerably for renewals. Just Landlords also increased the price but only in line with inflation. I highly recommend using this company.
