Not good

Not good. The lady I spoke to who said her name was Toni was rather bombastic when I said paying on line was hardly increasing security when you ask for my name and date of birth over the telephone. I think some retraining is called for there. I did receive the email OK and made payment on line with no problem.

It would have been 5 stars BUT !!!!

It would have been 5 stars BUT this is the second time I have not received a renewal quote and had to go through the whole process again to insure a property.I tried to phone but was put on hold for ages before I just gave up.I also left a message on chat but nothing came back.I insure 2 properties with you but you make it hard work to get a renewal. Agent wasn’t at all helpful when I tried to negotiate my annual quote. I was simply told once you get a quote there’s nothing we can do about it - I’m a long standing customer
