Review Time
We have been Just Landlords customers for the last 6 years. We NEVER get a renewal notice by post/email etc. However, we get a "your insurance has lapsed" letter! I have renewed since receiving this but it has cost me £30 more than last year and the staff at the other end of the phone were not interested in keeping my business.
Renewal process was very easy would it would have been reassuring to know that I had put in the correct policy number that applied to the property I want to insure.Cold the Policy number not be cross referenced with the property concerned and confirmed during the renewal process?
Found it to be a very strange decision to remove the liability cover details re occupier / landlord from Schedule of Cover, which had previously been in said Schedule, maintaining cover only within the wording. Strange decision & confusing to customers.
Like the cover good for a rental property. The renewal process is online.I couldn't find way to see my policy online although all the documents were emailed to me. I would prefer to be able to view policy online and / or contact an advisor directly.
