Having problems with my boiler.I contacted John Wilkinson who came out to discuss my options. I already knew I wanted a Worcester boiler and was happy when John said they were specialist for Worcester. Mike came out to install the boiler 2 days later. He was very clean and tidy. From the offset Mike explained what he would be doing. That gave me total reassurance. Mike completed the installation and then spent time with me to explain the thermostat controls. Very easy. I totally recommend this company to have your next boiler installed. You won't be disappointed.
Absolutely fabulous company, highly recommended. We had the best quote for work required to be done, fast response on first contact with them. We needed a new boiler and from first getting intouch John came the same day to give us a quote, the boiler was on its way out but then when it suddenly started leaking we needed it done sooner rather than later, I reached out to John through email and had a new boiler fitted within 2 days. We're do I start, my boiler was breaking and I've always been worried bout who to go to and what I do to shop around, I went with John Wilkinson because his service just seemed what we wanted, John came out and I new straight away he was genuine. Having jumped straight in, over the phone, to have a Worcester Bosch boiler fitted i was anxious to see what kind of service I would receive. The guys arrived and removed my old boiler before fitting the new one. Boiler, flu, all new copper piping done. The guys cleaned up afterwards and left me pleasantly surprised. I would recommend JW Heating without hesitation.
We had a problem with our central heating boiler and had two faults with it. After 12 years we decided to get a new one. After getting a few quotes and speaking to John Wilkinson the friendly, knowledgable owner of the company and being quoted a good price we decided to go with this company.This proved to be an excellent choice from start to finish.Dan the engineer came the next day and fitted a new boiler.He was very pleasant, efficient and hard working and showed great patience in setting up and explaining the Hive thermostatic system to us ,( An older non technical couple)We are delighted with our new boiler and the service we received for this company.We have no hesitation in recommending them.
We had a new boiler fitted 16th April by J W heating after a recommendation by a friend. What a fantastic experience from start to finish I can't thank them enough for installing our new boiler so quickly and a lot cheaper than British gas. Mike and Louie arrived bang on time to replace my boiler and two new radiators. Work was carried out to a very high standard with minimum disruption in less time than expected. Both Mike and Louie were friendly and efficient. All waste was removed and they left everywhere clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family. First class job.
