The best service ever. Having been shafted by another company who charged me £100 to essentially tell me that my boiler needs replacing. I then stumbled upon this company who were almost immediate in contacting me from me submitting my online query. I was then contacted by John within 15 minutes of speaking with the receptionist. He was so transparent and pulled out all the stops to diagnose the boiler by even FaceTiming my wife. He then explained all the finance packages to me without trying to force me to choose one. He kept in contact with me and was extremely patient. He moved mountains to get my new boiler installed earlier than planned. The engineer Dan was amazing. So supportive and conversational and even went the extra mile in helping me to put a cupboard up without an extra charge. He was clean and professional and very respectful of my home. Honestly the best service ever. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! These are the go to contractors! The best service ever. It’s rare that I have my expectations exceeded, but that’s what happened here. A really efficient company form the first enquiry, a good price. Arrived exactly as promised and really top notch fitters - polite, skilled, thorough - a real credit to the company. I’m unable to fault anything, I can’t see how it could be done any better. 100%

They were delighted with the price and the manner in which they were dealt with and chose John's company. From my first contact with the companies boss, our experience was made very easy , he gave us a very competitive price that we were very happy with and went through everything with us about the best boiler for our property, arranged an installation date that suited us, the engineer Telephoned me the night previous to the day of installation confirming everything, they arrived exactly as they said they would, very professional in there work, cleaned up after themselves, all in all a very good company and experience, I would definitely recommend this company
That’s nonsense Jarek!! Your response to my review is untrue you just didn’t come back. You didn’t want to go into the loft end of!! You want to put the camera where it was easy for you on a short ladder! Yes you were here arguing about why the camera couldn’t go where I said aesthetically it would look better. I agreed for it to go ahead at my responsibility and you didn’t return!!
My boiler packed up on Wednesday 11 July so time to source a new one after sifting through Internet I came across this company and after reading the excellent reviews I decided to give them a call on Thursday and right from the outset found everyone from the company polite helpful and professional and could not believe the next day my new boiler was up and running by 130 pm on Friday the engineers were professional clean and tidied up when complete 100% would recommend this company
