John is not only an excellent heating engineer but a kind and compassionate person 👌. Our boiler broke down unexpectedly not once but twice. We have my 80 year mother visiting from India who has many health issues. We were desperate and contacted many engineers. We even got cheated by a supposed emergency call out company from Warrington 😅John was the only person who responded and immediately sent out engineers to first fix the problem and then replace the malfunctioning pump 😊. His timekeeping and kindness touched our hearts ♥️ His fees is also very reasonable. Would recommend him to everyone who needs a new boiler or repairs Dr N Sharma and Family St Helens
The survey was carried out on a Tuesday. We had 3 quotes. JW Heating was the cheapest. We had a new 36kw boiler and 9 new radiators installed the following week.All installed as the quote. No extras. The team of installers were friendly, left everywhere clean and tidy at the end of the day. Great job thanks
I needed my broken boiler replacing and moving due to the position of the flue breaching boundary regulations. After ringing around 4 or 5 different plumbers and getting more and more confused, stressed and let down, I came across JW Heating. The lady I spoke to said she would get John to call me. I just thought ‘I’ve heard that before’. However, I was pleasantly surprised when John called me within minutes. He promised to pop round in an hour and he was bang on time. He explained everything to me and his knowledge and experience shone through. I finally felt reassured and not coerced into spending thousands of pounds on a job I wasn’t convinced was the right fix.John saved me thousands and explained why a combi boiler was the most suitable option for us.Two days later, at 8am, as promised, his team arrived, removed the old boiler and tank and installed the new boiler . All done by 2pm! His team were professional, tidy and polite. Flawless service!I honestly cannot fault the service at all. Even the admin staff on the phone to arrange payment options were fantastic. They answered the phone quickly, knew who I was, had all my details to hand and answered all my questions.I have to give JW 100%. It is rare to get customer service like this and it should be applauded. Thank you (from a very toasty warm customer)
Our boiler broke on Thursday leaving us without hot water and heating, we knew we needed a replacement. On Friday we looked at costs for a new boiler and came across JW Heating Services who were far more competitive than British Gas, Scottish Power etc. Spoke to John who discussed our needs and finance options and he arranged for a new boiler to be installed the following day, Saturday. The engineer, think it was Dan, arrived Saturday afternoon did a great job, very helpful, hard working and tidy. Thanks to all John’s team for a very professional and competitive service, nice a warm now!
I completed an online questionnaire for a boiler which gave me 3 possible boilers. I already new which boiler I wanted but that was not shown. I rang the office and was told that someone would ring me back. Within 15 mins John rang me back listened to my request and agreed that the Worcester Greenstar 8000 35KW was right for my house. I explained that my original boiler had broke and we therefore had no heating or hot water this was on the Friday morning.john said that he would send 2 gentleman to be with me at 0830 on the following Monday morning. Arrived bang on time on the Monday and Mike explained exactly what they would do. By 1500 hrsthe new boiler had been installed, Mike also explained how to operate the new boiler.Very professional and very good service offered from start to finish with the added bonus of a very competitive price. you couldn't ask for a better service.
Install is great however it's the 10 year contract locked in at £42 a month yes it includes service etc but can get it cheaper also if want to buy your self out it doesn't actually come down so 4 years still have to pay £2300 as a example better to pay off install and boiler then finance package offered
Today I had a new boiler fitted by JW heating services.Mike was promptly on time with his apprentice Lewi.They were very professional, friendly, Mike explained everything that he had to do and then I basically left them to it.Once the boiler was up and running he showed me how it worked regarding water heating etc.He then set my thermostat timer for me so that my heating will come on and off to my needs.Thanks lads it was an absolute pleasure and thank you for all the answers and help I needed, living on your own is never easy, but Mike and lewi were so helpful.They also left no mess and worked very clean and efficently.I would highly recommend JW heating and the two guys that came today.Cheshire area.
