Absolutely fantastic service, what else can I say, filled in online form late at night, next morning kerry phoned me and I explained exactly what I wanted. Within minutes John wilkinson himself called me with a price which was exceptional for the work I wanted doing, Within 48 hours the new boiler was fitted and running perfect. Fitted by very professional gas safe fitter who answered any questions I had and left the place spotless. What else can you ask forBrilliant!!!!!
I had been having problems with my boiler for several weeks, kept managing to get it going again, but on 1st March it decided it wasn't going to play ball.I went online, looked at several companies for quotes for a new boiler fitting.Some were of no interest due to long wait, others seemed pricey.I had looked on J Wilkinsons sight, price seemed right. I needed to get to bed having just finished night shift, but before I went upstairs, Kerry ( John's wife ) phoned me, triggered by enquiring online.We nattered about the situation and I said I would leave until I had slept.I got up at 1.30pm, phoned Kerry at 1.45 who then got John to phone me.Arrangements were made for an install following morning.By 2.30 Saturday afternoon I had a fully functioning new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted.Dan ( fitter) turned up, looked at job and cracked on.Dan was polite, friendly and extremely efficient. His pipework to change from old to new was absolutely fantastic, his overall workmanship was fantastic and he went about and beyond, even extending some pipework for me that he didn't need to for the job he had come for.I would have no problems in referring friends and family to this company for new boilers or any other related work.
Excellent communication from start to finish. John, Kerry and Jake were such a great team in getting my quotation, arranging the install and delivering an excellent install within 2 days of my online inquiry. All at a very competitive price. With JW Heating Services being a Worcester Bosch accredited installer means I now have a 12 Year warranty to boot.Jake the engineer was thoroughly professional, using dust sheets and keeping the location clean throughout the install. my son, wife new baby moved into a house it was in a bad way. the boiler packed in. rang John's office Friday this week bout 3pm. girl was lovely. John rang within 30mins, we agreed a price which was way below other competitors. Dan came Saturday lunchtime and fitted a brand new boiler no problems. omg amazing the big old house is toastie and warm. Cannot thank John and his team enough.
