Called JW Heating for a quote for a new boiler and conversion to a combi, came the same day to give it to us. Price was very competitive and they came to fit at a date convenient to our needs! Mike and Louis turned up on the day, bright and early, explained what they were doing and made sure we were happy with everything. Left zero mess and didn't disturb us (whilst working from home) for the whole two days. Super happy, and highly recommended!
Had my 2nd boiler service yesterday everything on point then we turned heating off pressure slumped so for safety we turned boiler off phoned John Wilkinson's got a visit today from the actual owner John Wilkinson himself showed me where lever was to fill my boiler up lovely man dedicated to his customers best boiler ive ever had definitely reccomend this company fast installation 2 years ago and customer service is above and beyond
We needed a new boiler as ours had reached the end of its life, John gave us several options of boilers and financing the deal. Fitter arrived on time did an amazing job really neat and tidy top service top people. Would highly recommend.
John is very experienced and highly professional in boiler matters, I could tell from my interactions with him when I requested a quote for a new boiler. He understood my needs and provided options within a few minutes. Given that I've already spoken to a few companies about it, I approved his quote almost immediately. The installation was done just two days later and it went really well. The engineer was very friendly, highly knowledgeable and professional.
Our boiler was rated unrepairable so I called up and John himself came out that afternoon! We chose our boiler (really easy with the online survey) and I called the very helpful Kerry in the office as we had no hot water. As foster carers, this was a serious issue. I expected having to go to a hotel but the installation was booked for the very next day! The team of fitters arrived and they did a fantastic job. Pipework needed changing and the brickwork was so tidy. We have a fab boiler and the whole process from enquiry to fit took 2 days. We also have an annual service and unlimited call outs. They left everything so tidy and all rubbish was removed. Cannot recommend this company and the whole team enough!

We had a boiler replacement by JW, the experience was great from start to finish. The lads turned up nice and early, with a smile on their faces ready to start the job. Within a few hours the job was done to a fantastic standard. We previously had a full re-wire and there was no electric near the boiler so one of the lads even left his extension cable so we had water until the electrician came, which is so important with 2 kids under 14 months! The lads were fantastic at explaining everything and helped me set up the boshe easy app on my phone. I was so impressed with the turnaround, how lovely the lads were, the standard of work and how they kept everything clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, absolutely recommend 100%! Our original boiler was a Vulcan Continental which was over 60 years old and it wasn't even on the list for British Gas. It was replaced with a Worcester Greenstar 4000 with thermostats in every room which instantly gave out so much more heat. Great products, all installed fantastically. Thank you to both of you for installing and to John for coming to quote us during half time of England Women's Football Final on a weekend! 😆 Much appreciated and thank you again!
Can’t recommend this company enough. Absolutely brilliant the communication and work is 20 out of 10 The guys who fitted our boiler were amazing and so friendly, as well as John who called out to offer us the best deal as well as Heather in the office.
