Review Time
I have just had a new boiler installed by John Wilkinson. 3 days from first contact to installation (my old boiler was still working) at a very fair price and no fuss at all. I didn't know this company but decided to try an online quote without much hope. Within hours Kerry called me and she couldn't have been more helpful. This was followed by a call from John offering expert advice without any pressure. Dan arrived punctually to fit the boiler and left everything clean and tidy. Very professional and courteous chap. This is the first time I write an online review but this company definitely deserves it. You don't get people like John and his team very often nowadays. It is very obvious that John takes care of getting only the best people on board his company.
I was worried about our old Combi boiler lasting over the Xmas period and was recommended John Wilkinson’s company by a friend. Rang him in the afternoon, the size of Worcester Bosch boiler was decided together with a very fair price, and it was fitted without any fuss or disruption the next day. Can’t say fairer than that.
Contacted the office and spoke to Kerry, John called me the same day & called round to provide a quote & explained which boiler he would recommend for my home, fitted within 2 days.After being without heating for several months i cant wait to put the heating on.I cant recommend John Wilkinson & staff enough, extremely professional, courteous & knowledgeable service from start to finish, Thank you so much.
Just had a new boiler and all new radiators throughout my house and I cannot thank Gaz, Layton and Jay enough. I was really worried about getting a new boiler, mine was so old and on its way out and the radiators were not much better. I was worried about what could go wrong or if I would be left with loads of decorating to do if I replaced the radiators.I spoke to John on 3.11.23 and he went through all the options with me and the team fitted it all in yesterday. My house has never been so warm in the 12 years I have lived here. The lads were professional, friendly and talked through everything with me and kept everywhere tidy and cleaned up after themselves. 2 people recommended this firm to me and I am so glad I listened to them. Thank you so much and sorry you had to put up with my 2 crazy little dogs who never stopped barking!
Prompt and professional personel attended for the installation in an occupied property.Polite with occupants and proficient with the job on hand. Installation/conversion of system completed with minimal disruption. No previous association with the company. I will recommend !
I was a little sceptical when this company popped up on my Google search, I hadn't heard of them. I am so pleased I followed through and filled in the online quote form. John soon rang me back with a very reasonable quote and the new boiler installed a few days after that.Mike and Louie gave me a top class service, firstly explaining everything they were going to be doing. Their work was clean and tidy and everything was taken away when they finished. The performance of the boiler is superb, the house feels much warmer than before. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish spoke with John Thursday afternoon told him our circumstances with my son promised fitting Saturday morning and time didn't let us down I would highly recommend this company to anyone fantastic Dan the Fitter brilliant from start to finish explained everything and kept everything clean and tidy one very happy and very warm home again this company is the best out there so glad I found them after being let down by other companies don't hesitate to use this company they won't let you down
J W were booked to visit today at 2pm to give me a quote for a new boiler. By 3.30 no one had turned up. I placed a call to the company who couldn’t find the booking but wanted to speak to Kerry who had made the booking and would ring me back in a few minutes. Never received a call back! A total waste of my Friday afternoon that could have been better spent. Well done JW Heating Services. Your efficiency and customer service is top notch …..NOT!!
