Review Time
On May 22 I received my order (a Fyn Backpack) that had uneven stiching, so I requested a reclamation with the cause 'Faulty seam'. I attached also a photo to prove that, and of course the company accepted to replace the product with a new one.Today, June 27, I received my (finally!) replaced backpack and guess what (!) it's the same backpack I sent them for replacement! They sent me back the same product !!! I'm furious. I've been waiting for over a month to receive the product I originally sent for replacement. Moreover, now I'm not able to do again the request for Reclamation on their site, because the order number for the "new" order has been the same from the first order that had been received on May 22; and the site says of course that 14 days have passed so I have no right to make such a request! KAPTEN AND SON TEAM PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL TO SOLVE THIS TERRIBLE ISSUE. My order number ksaa-1009-4111509.EDIT:From 1 to 5 stars! Because I was in contact with Giulia through Instagram, and she made the request for reclamation on my behalf immediately. The new backpack arrived soon and in perfect condition. Thank you so much!
This is the second time I order something with kapten and son and the logistic partner does not care about your customers. PostNL just deliver it to wherever they want it to deliver and it’s a waste of my time. I went to pick up the package after work to where I asked them to deliver and came to find out AGAIN it’s delivered to some other place. This is not OK!!!!
Just got delivered the Bali Backpack and Trevi Toiletry Bag. I ordered on the 28th May and have now received the products to the UK, would be 2 weeks tomorrow. So if you plan on going away short notice, then I would probably look elsewhere if you need a Backpack quickly.Having said that, I think the products are great and worth the money! Everything feels very well put together from the straps to the zips, so it seems like something that will last. I did see some people in reviews saying that they didn't like the bags as they thought it felt cheap; but honestly, I couldn't disagree more!To me, the Backpack feels solid, feels nice, I love the contrast of the materials with that suede like finish on the front cover. There is plenty of padding where the Backpack goes against your back, in addition to the straps. Way more hidden pockets than I first initially thought. Plus, it can fit my 17inch laptop no problem, you just have to put it in the main compartment and not in the back pocket.So in my honest opinion, I'd not hesitate in recommending Kapten & Son; if you're after a Backpack that looks great, fits comfortably, has plenty of compartments and that seems built to last, then I'd recommend checking them out!Just order in advance because of delivery times to avoid disappointment. Ow and if it helps you out K&S, I was looking at Backpacks and found your company via Instagram; the initial draw for me compared to other products, was that the Bags just seemed more stylish to me against your competition.All the best! :)James.
Hello, nobody contact me about delivery. You published that DHL will deliver but finally it was post office (česká pošta), which I have very bad experience. If I know that Ceska posta will deliver I never buy the product. I was waiting to pick up the package almost one hour without any sms or email where exactly my package is. I find info only from your email. The delivery service disspointed me from your side.
