**Review for Kapten & Son**I bought two watches from Kapten & Son and enjoyed them for about 6-8 months until my wife accidentally dropped hers, causing the arm to come loose. I reached out to Kapten & Son and Tazneem Lewis from Urban Supply responded , but despite her attempts to find a local repair service, I was left without assistance. Once she saw the watch was out of warranty, she stopped responding to my emails.Fast forward to 2025, and I tried contacting them again, only to discover there's still no support for repairs. At R5,000 a watch, I expected much better after-sales service. If you value customer support, I'd recommend steering clear of Kapten & Son. Their lack of repair options and responsiveness has been incredibly disappointing. Save your money for brands that care about their customers!
Kapten & Son kept me informed about the package and showed a great deal of care and professionalism. The unpacking was an experience on its own with a perfectly preserved bag as a result. I am very pleased with the entire process and am of course also very happy with my new bag!
