Very bad customer service - please make sure you read the 1 star reviews before ordering, I wish I did!I received a faulty bag straight out the box and the customer service has been atrocious. To begin with, I was sent spare parts to fix the bag myself, which even they weren’t working!Then instead of being sent a refund or replacement bag, customer services will not do anything until this is returned which you will have to pay for, attach declaration so it can be shipped back. So I’m expected to pay for £100 bag, which received faulty, been told to fix it myself or go out the way to return it. I then would be left without any work bag. Awful customer service and by the sounds of it this happens a lot. Very disappointing as it is a very nice bag but awful customer service and clearly not very well made bags.
Ordered my bag for the coming trip on the 10th of August. On 20th of August, I still haven't received the bag, so I contacted the customer service. Received the reply 2 days later and asked me if I want a new shipment or refund. I asked for refund as new shipment won't meet my travel date. Since then, I have no reply, no refund, will have to get my credit card company involved, what a bad company, no customer service at all. Will not recommend to anyone or buy it again.
I ordered a bagpack which arrived with 2 accesssories missing. It took 15 e-mails, 3 new deliveries at the wrong adress and a final successful one with the wrong name, for me to have a complete order, 2 months after the original payment. Exhausting considering the price.
Please note that the product was delivered by a different carrier than the one dispatched from your central store. As a result, the delivery was delayed, and the external packaging of the item was damaged upon arrival, which raises concerns about the condition of the product inside.
At first, I was drawn to Kapten & Son for their nice designs. But the quality turned out to be shockingly poor: weak stitching that lets in water, and a zipper that broke after minimal use.What’s worse, they didn’t even bother to answer my message about it. For a brand charging above-average prices, this level of quality and total lack of customer care is unacceptable.Won’t risk buying from them again and looking elsewhere from now on.
