Review Time
Hello. While the backpack I ordered is still to be used, I wanted to share the customer service experience, which was not satisfactory.First, there was the information on the website that the delivery would be within 1-3 working days, which made me wait, because I was ordering a backpack as a gift, so it was important for me to make sure I still have time for the return if the person doesn't like it. However, within a couple of working days the backpack was just shipped. In approx. a week from that point I got an email that DHL could not deliver the backpack to me on that day, so there is a delay. At the same time, local post office send me an email that they will actually deliver it soon. Later on the same day I got another email with the information that DHL courrier could not reach me, therefore did not deliver, as if it was my responsibility to miss it. Within an hour, Posti sent me an email that the backpack is ready to be picked up, which we did ourselves. It was my first experience ordering something from the company. So far, definitely not the best one :)The backpack seems quite cool, so thank you for that, but would suggest to review the customer journay.
I have a really old Kapten & son-wrist watch and finally the strap gave up. I guess that the straps are out of stock because I couldn’t find any on the website. But I contacted the customer service that tracked down two straps and sent them to me without charge. True heros! I’m really grateful!
I purchased the Lisbon backpack and was satisfied with the fabric quality and the whole feel of my bag. Shipping took little longer than I expected, but I was always notified about changes. Overall, all experience with the buying process and the product was great.
Purchased the Bergen pro on the 6th April and I still haven't received it over 3 weeks later. Customer service sent me a new one and that one still hasn't arrived, when flagged to the advisor it still hasn't arrived and I need it by the 1st I was told to "cross my fingers it arrives in time" I really am sad and unfortunately I wouldn't order from here in the future because of this If you live in the UK I would not order as they seem to have issues with customs and getting the items to royal mail.
The delivery takes too much time. I get things from China faster! Tracking is available not the same moment it says the package is ready but 3-4 after which is not good.I like a lot the sunglasses but the service is very slow and make phone number required before client purchases the product because they can't deliver things if you not give the courier a phone number!
My bag wasn’t delivered I picked it up from the delivery depot office. The email stated DHL whilst it was Parcelforce who had my bag!!! This wasted my time. The response when I complained was very robotic and took 1-2 days and not particularly helpful. The bag is good otherwise.
I didn't want to give a bad review. I really, really didn't. I was so hoping fkr a positive experience. I've reached out to customer services several times and get generic answers and I'm tired of doing it. It wasn't even departed from their warehouse even after over a week of constant emailing and pleading. I have finally cancelled and triggered a refund process through email. And I'm hoping to see that in my account tomorrow since it states one day on the email. Although given my previous experiences with them, I doubt it,I was so excited for this parcel and it's a shame.
