While some staff members seem decent, numerous issues persist, including unresolved anti-social behavior, a malfunctioning fire alarm, and contractors who either fail to show up or arrive unannounced. I have faced harassment over trivial matters, long email response times, and a general lack of concern from the staff. The organization seems to view tenants as nuisances rather than valued individuals. If you are seeking a peaceful living environment and a landlord who genuinely cares, I strongly recommend reconsidering before entering into a tenancy with this service.

My experience with the organization has been a continuous struggle. Disappointing experience.

I have lived in my flat for nearly 30 years, and the lack of improvements has been disheartening. The old heating system and bathrooms remain unchanged, and despite my efforts to beautify my surroundings, I face resistance from the housing team. I was initially told I could keep my storage unit, but now I'm being forced to relocate it. Even though it's in a communal area, I have offered to maintain a designated space, but my requests have been denied. There are only a few residents using the area, yet my concerns seem to fall on deaf ears.

Unacceptable service.

My dealings with this housing organization have been utterly unsatisfactory. Their service is not just poor, but appalling. There’s a complete lack of respect for tenants, urgency in addressing issues, and accountability. I have been struggling with a significant sink problem for months, with appointments scheduled far in the future. This is both shocking and unprofessional. The organization fails to provide proper responses and shows no concern for tenant welfare. My numerous calls have yielded no improvements. The service has been the worst I've encountered, and I strongly recommend avoiding this organization.

Severe damp issues.

The house is completely damp, and despite staff checking the walls for water or mold, they insist there’s no problem. They seem to rely on a meter of some sort, which I find hard to believe. They merely provide a leaflet on condensation and leave. Additionally, their new website is quite poor. This organization appears condescending and treats tenants with utter disdain while maintaining a facade of public relations.

This organization has proven to be ineffective, never addressing issues and deceiving tenants about their housing policies. The new initiative to accommodate a large number of undocumented individuals instead of focusing on families in need is deeply concerning. It seems that the priorities are misplaced, and the community is suffering as a result.

Inconsistent enforcement.

There seems to be favoritism in how complaints are handled. A neighbor has installed CCTV to intimidate me, yet the organization claims they cannot reach out to address the issue. I have escalated this matter legally, as I believe they have breached tenancy terms. Despite my complaints, there’s no follow-up or adherence to their own complaint timelines. It appears that as long as rent is paid, they neglect their responsibilities.
