Extortionate. this company is an agent only - search for local tradespeople and contract directly. Feel totally ripped off: was charged well over THREE TIMES the rate if I had gone directly (£222 versus £65)

The lock broke on our car and the key…

The lock broke on our car and the key fob wasn’t working despite new batteries, so we were locked out completely. Pat arrived and set to the task with incredible perseverance and skill; eventually managing to place a key into the ignition via a small gap in the door created by use of a series of inflatable airbags. Despite the first couple of strategies not succeeding, Pat would not be defeated, and worked late into the evening to get us into the vehicle. Exceptional service for which we are very grateful indeed - thank you Pat!

Key locked in car

Put key on seat when loading car. Unfortunately the lock button was activated so when one of my party closed the door we were unable to re open it. RAC put me in touch with your company, there happened to be one person on call that day( Boxing Day) who assisted us. It was an expensive call out of £300 which only took the representative a minute or two.

Only company to respond.

Out of about 10 companies I contacted to make and programme two Vauxhall keys they were the ONLY company to respond immediately. The tech arrived a little late on the appointed day, the day after contacting them but within twenty minutes the job was done without the slightest fuss or bother. Amiable and very helpful the tech was superb at his job. I can't really say whether the price was competitive or not as no other company responded but two new programmed and cut on site flip fob keys cost £320 Inc vat. I believe that is well below dealership prices but maybe more than a local independent would charge...IF YOU CAN GET ONE!. It is what it is and I am happy with the service.

So when I phoned up I explained what my problem was in full detail …

So when I phoned up I explained what my problem was and asked if they were able to help me.I had changed the battery in my key fob for my suzuki swift and the red key was flashing on my dash board which indicates that the key needs to realigned to the car/immobiliser.I was told that this would not be a problem and took a payment off me for 204.00 and informed me that in the likelihood they were not able to fix the problem the payment was nonrefundable. I asked again if they were able to sort my car problem out and they were really hopeful they could.So a lovely helpful guy came out and tried to realign the key to my car to no avail. He even phoned a more experienced person who told him to make me a key and try that way. Give him his due he did this but after this didn't work he informed me that my key needs to be aligned to my immobiliser so I asked him why he couldn't do this as on the site it states immobiliser problemsTold me he didn't have the machine to do this........ So I paid 204.00 unrefundable and my car still won't start because of this problem. Plus he immobiliser my remote key fob so I have to lock it manually.Not happy with the expense and I was informed that the office would contact me as they should know someone in my area who could help me. All I received from them was a message for a review so here it is.
