Much better service than the AA who…

Much better service than the AA who wanted me to sign a disclaimer as they may damage my door, upgrade my cover to home start at a cost, call my bank to do this myself as well as pay a call out fee. The gentleman asked if I minded him accessing my car without anyone being there as I was not yet home from a funeral. Job was done and keys were posted before I got home. I received a text notification to tell me the job was done and paid just one call out payment. Would highly recommend, fast and convenient.

After locking our car keys and holiday…

After locking our car keys and holiday cottage keys in the car plus our little dog! we rang the nearby Audi garage Linfield near Windermere who were completely unhelpful never bothering to ring us back. The car park attendant who was wonderful suggested Key assist who were amazing they had the chap out within 50 mins and car unlocked in couple of minutes he even climbed in the back to get our keys and waited for us to start the car incase there was a problem. Fantastic service when feeling very vulnerable. Thank you

These will always now be my first choice never again will Icontacting my dealer in regard to car key

After contacting my dealer in regard to getting a key repaired/New one I gave these chaps a call.Polite fast efficient confident knowledgeableWithin three hours I had a key that worked they needed to come back and realign on the computer that happened the next dayThe cost was far less than the dealership they came to me fitted in with my timeIf you need a key for your car I cannot recommend them highly enough

Excellent and speedy service

I was so impressed with the service I received. Prompt quote and had someone out to me within 45 minutes. The control room when I called and the guy who came to my house were polite, efficient and I would highly recommend them.

Have had issues with keyfob a few times…

Have had issues with keyfob a few times but door lock gave up this time as well. A chat on the phone followed by a call back from the locksmith himself within 5 minutes and as he said was beside the car inside the hour. 3 minutes later inside the car. Great service extremely helpful and polite. Dinner is on me next time gentleman

Awesome service, I have to say the junior lead technician was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.. a truly amazing chap, a great company and excellent overall servive.
