Still waiting for refund after no response by email ! Never received my product and was told I would be receiving refund and £10 voucher used would be sent to me on Monday 22/07 nothing received or confirmed by email !!

The company is a joke

The company is a joke. I placed the order on the 8th of July, and it indicated a delivery time of 3-5 working days. It’s now the 23rd of July, and I still haven’t received anything. I’m starting to break out on my face because I have no product left.

Product is really good. I have used the moisturiser more than 2 years. No allergies on my sensitive skin. For online order, it is better to include tracking / way bill no. on the confirmation for delivery monitoring.

Truly awful customer service

Truly awful customer service. When my delivery arrived, the contents had been tampered with: the box of face cream had been opened. I have now sent 2 messages through the online form but, beyond the automated response, I have had no substantive reply. Unacceptable.
