I ordered a smaller olive oil shampoo as the larger sizes were out of stock. But then the size I ordered was subsequently said to be out of stock, so all that was sent were the 3 free sample sachets. Very disappointed.

Made two orders… non arrived

Made two orders: the first never arrived… I called after two weeks to complain and I was promised a refund that has yet to materialise A foolishly went for a second order (of much higher amount) and after a week I have no news of that one either.They set product have shipped but we don’t send shipping information I like the product but I’ll never buy in their website again
