I placed an order for your products through look fantastic. I ordered Kiehl's Calendula Deep Cleansing Foaming Face Wash - 230ml, Kiehl's Calendula Herbal Extract Toner - 500ml, Kiehl's Ultra Facial Gel-Cream - 125ml and Kiehl's Calendula Emulsion 125ml costing me a total of €180. It was my first time ordering these products as I usually go for ultra facial cream and ultra facial cleanser. I am very very disappointed with these new products as they are causing my face to feel like it’s burning and causing breakouts. I understand breakouts can be normal when changing routine but the burning sensation has made the products impossible to use. I’m not happy with the products what so ever. The products clearly state they soothe and calm skin not cause fiery, burning sensation.
I had the worst experience everI placed my order on 09/07, expecting some delays due to warehouse issues I received a shipping notification on 16/07No tracking number , no DPD email I sent them emails enquiring the status no reply I called them today and the agent said she can only email the relevant team to reply How long that will take , she hoped soonI asked can they sent a replacement order noCan I ask for refund? noAgain we have to wait for 14 days ( working I presume) from shipping email All this while they already charged my account €85Very frustrating experience I’ve dealt with them before and I usually receive my parcel in 2-3 daysI can’t help but feel sorry for the agents who are truly helpless
Love the products but the online customer service is probably the worst experience I have had buying online. Placed an order which Kiehl’s online. It was not followed up with an email to confirm order. After a few days I contacted them as the money had been taken. I was informed the order was not processed and the money would go back in my account and that I would need to reorder. After reordering the money was not returned and I received both orders. It’s been a week now since contacting again and I have had no reply. I also only received one of the samples ordered. I see this is common issue along with slow processing. Poor from a premium brand. Such a shame that the service doesn’t match the quality of their products
