Review Time
I ordered two products mid June, The full amount owed was taken. On the 16th July. I was advised that my order could not be completed, and that I would receive a refund. It is now the 26th July, and I have yet to receive my refund or a reply from customer services. This is not the first time that I have not received products from Kiehls,and have had to chase for a refund. I am a regular customer.
