On July 6th, I placed an order totaling €192.10 on Kiehls.ie. After a full week with no updates, I used their website's contact form, which promises a response within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I received no reply.A day or two later, I finally received an email stating that my order had been shipped. However, the shipment never arrived. Then, exactly 13 days after placing my order, I received a PayPal notification of a refund. Confused, I contacted customer service, only to be informed that the products were out of stock, which was the reason for the refund.Adding to the confusion, I later received an email claiming that the products were stuck at customs, which was why they hadn't arrived, and advising me to reorder. If orders are being shipped from the UK, it begs the question—why have an Irish website in the first place?Reluctantly, I decided to reorder the products, only to face the same issue again—no shipment after 3 weeks. I sent two follow-up emails asking for an update, but once again, received no response.As of today, I've been waiting 36 days, and my order still hasn't arrived. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise against ordering anything from Kiehls.ie.
