Initial correspondence after ordering was helpful & informative, we were given the option to choose a delivery date & an ETA which we did. We were then promised the driver would give us a ring 30mins before delivery but this didn't happen . Luckily we have a Ring door bell & I was able to leave work & take delivery as soon as I saw them ... but what would have happened if we didn't have a Ring ? £2000 pergola just left at front door,or returned to retailer ???
Ordered a garden shed from Costco on Monday and delivered Thursday. Excellent service from start to finish,I was kept up to date with my delivery from arranging to delivery, able to track every step of the way.The driver and his mate were very helpful and professional.
