The lorry arrived on time and the two men were most helpful and went to great lengths to get our awkward corner unit settee in situ. It required some tricky manoeuvres and quite a bit of strength. They assembled the unit, added the feet and then tidied up all the packaging and took it away.They were polite and I was grateful for their professional approach to a tricky delivery.
Kinectic logistics were absolutely amazing! Paul and Sam delivered my sofas from Costco and I couldn’t be more grateful. They were very patient and kind and tried all possible methods to get my sofa in to me. They were extremely professional and installed the sofa exactly as I wanted it, and they cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t ask for a better pair!
Dave Flynn and Danny millett made the delivery of my mothers gazebo easy and pleasant, they had to remove a faulty item which was in very wet boxes they took each piece to the van without complaining, they were polite and helpful, cannot recommend highly enough rare to find these days
Try and use any other logistics company if possible. This company is incredibly slow and unreliable. I ordered a TV from Costco on the 24th of January; received a message from Kinetic to say they have received the TV two days later; yet it took them until the 4th of February to attempt delivery. Except no, not only did I receive a message this morning that my driver is running late by four hours, but I have now received a text stating that it won't be delivered at all today after all. I hope Costco dump this company and use a different delivery partner because they are just not up to scratch.
I would give 0 if I could! Placed an order through Costco on 21st January. To date I have still not received my order. Two separate cancellations by this company on the days they were due to deliver and no delivery date set in sight!!! Avoid avoid avoid
I had a text and email scheduling a delivery for a Saturday morning, but unfortunately we were away. The messages allowed me to accept or decline, but no explanation of what would happen if I decline. I declined nearly a week ago and I’ve had no further contact. There’s no order number on the text or email for me to check tracking info on their website, and the phone number on their website is out of service. So what do I do now?
