The table and benches were delivered on 29th May. I wasn't entirely happy with the navy seat pads and parasol, and thought that the green would look better. Having emailed the company, I wasn't expecting such a prompt response or that they'd be able to rectify it, just because I'd changed my mind. I received a call stating that there would be a delivery the following day for the exchange. Nick and Symon arrived after a call one hour before with an ETA. They were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Nick gave information regarding maintenance of the furniture and removal of the parasol, and dismantling the table if necessary. I cannot rate this company highly enough. Absolutely brilliant.
An excellent experience!Lee was extremely helpful and patient in guiding our choice (Regal oval table, 8 Monte Carlo chairs, cushions, parasol, winter cover). Max and Matt were superstars when they delivered and installed everything. Lovely chaps. Nothing was too much trouble.Very pleased with the result. Our new garden furniture already looks completely at home. A wonderful company to do business with.
Our table, chairs etc arrived earlier than expected which we were so pleased about. Had a very polite call advising it would be delivered at 8.30am and Tony & Simon arrived at that time exactly. They were polite and efficient, putting the table together for us speedily and disposing of the cardboard. They gave me advice on how to care for the items and checked they were on good condition and the lazy susan worked properly. Absolutely amazing service. Couldn't do enough for us and went the extra mile to help. 100% recommend these two lovely guys. Kingsley Smythe teak tables are top quality teak, strong and sturdy.Bought these items at the Badminton Horse Trials, the guy we bought it from knew his stuff and was not pushy at all.The lady I spoke to on the phone, when I decided we'd need a weather cover, was polite and very helpful and took payment for that cover on the day of delivery. 100% deserve 5 stars.
Great product backed up by excellent comms and great service. Were kept informed throughout the process. Nick and Kenny were super polite and helpful. Items built and all rubbish cleared. Very helpful with info on ongoing care as well. Highly recommend both Company and fitters
Excellent quality product, exceptional service, I cant recommend them enough. I did my homework before committing to my eight seater teak garden furniture set, they are a investment after all. I first came across KS at the Kent Garden Show last year and having met them in person (amazing) and felt and touched the furniture (beautiful), they were on my watch list for a year whilst I did my research and watched the prices before committing. I have looked at so many options and price points and did all the research, I finally bite the bullet and went with KS. The furniture is amazing, the price is on point for the excellent quality, you might find marginally cheaper but not as good and you wont get the all round service. From start to finish they have been excellent, comms, delivery and quality. Even the install team were great, high rate them too. I made a point of seeing them again at this years Kent Garden Show and promised to leave this review. If you are thinking about buying teak garden furniture, Kingsley Smythe are who you are looking for, you wont be disappointed. I'm loving my teak Butler Tray, thank you.
