Excellent customer service and great response to resolve issue

I posted a review last week when my skip wasn’t delivered as requested. The following morning I was contacted by the manager. The skip was delivered and the manager was very helpful and apologetic. I will use this company again

A 5 star service

A 5 star service. A phone call to say they were en route. They arrived at the exact prearranged time. They were polite and helpful, cleared the garage and even swept it before leaving. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly use them again.

Recently used Kollect for the first time. Easy booking and payment. Prompt turnaround time and Johnny who came to the house to remove our sofa was very efficient and friendly! Would definitely recommend this service!
