most shambolic online shopping ever

I placed an order with them 13 days ago. At some point I got an email stating that the order was "completed" when nothing actually arrived at destination. On their website there is a link to the tracking and when you click on it, you get a broken link message so no tracking number. I tried to phone customer service and gave up at the 4th recorded message. I wrote them an email and they replied that there was a problem and that they had to do a new order. Still no tracking number and quite contemptuous responses from customer service when I pointed that I will go on holiday soon and that I am not looking forward to leave the food in the hands of UPS for weeks when it's meant to be kept refrigerated which will probably means a loss of around £50 for me. I am glad I am not the only one experiencing this shambolic shopping experience. So much for German efficiency!

It took weeks for them to deliver 4…

It took weeks for them to deliver 4 packages of 500g macadamias. They never replied to my emails. Their support page shows an error message so there is no way to contact them. It seems like a scam website.Update, they still haven’t delivered my goods after two weeks.

8 days and they haven't shipped…

8 days and they haven't shipped anything. No response to messages, complaint forms or support ticket. Will try to get payment reversed.Not recommended.EDIT: the package eventually arrived after I reviewed the site. The team was apologetic, but the 'system change' was handled poorly. The website should have warned buyers up front that there would be a long delay without communication in order to manage their expectations. This may or may not have been an isolated event, but the result was the same.However, the products eventually received are top quality, so I must revise my rating from ONE to FOUR stars.
