Review Time
I placed an order recently and received 13.5 kilos of trail mix last week. I did not order trail mix and I don't want it. I have repeatedly tried contacting the company via email as their online complaint form did not work (submit buttons were greyed out despite all fields being completed). I have not received a response and cannot reach a human via their telephone contact either. It's starting to feel scammy and I'm nervous that I’ve just lost 115 euros.PS I’m glad the review grabbed their attention and they finally replied to my emails to support at korodrogerie.de Hopefully the rest goes smoothly.
I placed a order on at end of April, I knew they'd been having issues with their computer system so gave it a few weeks before contacting them, told to be patient as they are having issues. On 15th June KoRo decided to cancel my order and issued a refund, except the refund has never appeared in my account. Appalling, will never use them again.
What a sh****t show!No problem to order, quick and sent right away.But once arriving in Sweden KoRos delivery partner gave very little information about the pick-up location and only a couple of days deadline pick-up window before it Would be sent pack to Germany. I tried to contact KoRo regarding the delivery of my package.. Impossible!Three days, two emails, 10 phonecalls and reaching writing out on social media - No answer. So, I had spend hour investigating and calling problalby 10 delivery services across europe and sweden before someone finally could give me help.Managed to pick up the package same day it was due date before they would send it pack to KoRo.Still waiting for a reply????????????
I find in Koro the supplier I wish I had down the corner. Great products for very honest prices. I love the way each ingredient is very well explained through its nutritional facts, composition and use - so much so that I often find myself surfing the web just to see if there is something new I should give a try to!Very much recommended.
I had a second bad experience of a total of three orders. First one, no informstion and a refund. Now a completely wrong box which is nothing I ordered. I have tried to call them but nothing, no reply to my email, no valid telephone numbers, website gives wrong pathways... I wrote them last Friday but they should prioritize these failed orders and find a fast resolution in the very beginning of the week. Now I am waiting for a reply, hopefully praying they will solve it otherwise I will lose 100€, not an option next step is either they solve it quickly or I just will stop buying them forever and rising a claim in other places.Poor resolution, disaster of customer service and they should improve warehouse protocols, how a delivery note and label can be mixed up during packing process! Outrageous!
