Review Time
I always saw the KoRo products in the supermarkets. I decided to place my first order, as we now consume a lot of nuts and dried fruit at home. I am happy with the quality of the goods; they taste really good. The packaging and the delivery were no problem. The price of the products is a bit high, but it's justified by the quality. So, maybe it's something that one can't buy often, but from time to time it's nice to have yummy nuts and butters.
Bought cashew paste for the second time, but this time the taste was disgusting (uneatable taste-wise). Sent a complaint, and the only thing they wanted to do was a refund of 30%, terrible customer service for a regular client. Update: it’s been resolved
First time I ordered (Aug 2025) around 4-5 kg of goods, the package had been damaged during delivery and roughly 500g had seeped out due to paper packaging. I am very happy to see that they heard the feedback, and changed to vacuum sealed plastic bags. Despite ordering 14kgs this time (Jan 2026), everything was perfectly intact.Will continue to order from KoRo due to good bulk prices.
Excellent product quality. Depending on what you order, the product may not look exactly like the picture, but that's because the packaging process is difficult. As with these nuts, they sometimes break more easily, but the quality is excellent! Customer service is super efficient and they respond very quickly. They really care about customer satisfaction. I will always order here, and the prices aren't cheap, but they do have good deals. If you're looking for good quality and excellent customer service, you have to pay for that too.
Stayed 2 days at home waiting for UPS delivery that never showed up. Parcel left 12 km away. I am disabled: emailed Koro explaining I cannot go there to pick up, please cancel and refund. They asked me to wait 14 days and submit new requests! UPDATE: GOT A REFUND 7 DAYS AFTER MY ORDERYet, unreliable delivery is a major obstacle for me. Their products are good quality and well priced but if they are not delivered what's the point?
