Placed an order of 112 euros on 6th dec 2022, received 20th dec, delay due to damage to parcel. Parcel arrived broken and open in one corner, 1 item missing. Some others crushed, partly I guess due to little care taken during transport but also very poor packaging specially delicate items like crackers (all broken) and the Lebkuchen crashed. Servicing (transport) and after sales attention of KoRo bad. Put up a reclamation, with photographs, asking only for the missing item, not the broken or crushed ones. Never got an answer. Would not order again which is a pity since the food that arrived whole was nice. Cant recommend this company, sorry.
They have some great products and I definitely urge you to try. They have a clear lack of customer support staff. Since once there is an incident (which there often is with carriers) they are like non-existent. They are totally off grounds. And its a shame cause its such a simple thing you process a refund for a non-delivery, but apparently they are still living in the 90's with their customer support. I have a non-delivery of mere 16 euros out of SEVERAL orders of +100 euros, no reply no thing. So also filed a chargeback claim. I guess their bank will be happy for them with all these chargeback claims that several people do. Such a shame for such a good company with good values and nice style.... but customer style, they got none.updated 28.10: Second order just arrived, and it seems they sent somebody elses order.. so now 100 euros to chargeback coming up because YOU DONT reply?? and you dont even pick up the phone?? what is this kind of company? You cant run an e-commerce business and totally neglect talking to customers?Update 07.11 I got hold of customer support on their german email NOT the email from their spanish website. The kind lady solved both incidents. I will buy again, but I really hope that Koro will learn something about their customer support, since it seems that to get an answer you have to rate them bad. What a waste.
I am in Ireland and can honestly say that every product lve purchased has been delicious and absolutely the freshest possible, my review is based on several orders over the past year.Having read bad reviews here about bad customer service, l cannot say l recognise this as the same company lve dealt with!Like any business esp when ordering overseas, issues can happen, but at every stage KoRo have gone out of their way to sort it out with politeness and the only issues lve experienced have been with the courier.
I have order it on 2 of october and on 4 october it say it have been ship and it gonna reach me soon. After a week have past i was curious that it doesnt seem to arrive. So i check my order status on their website and it say that i should contact there customer service so i click the link.. "the session has expired" so im like ok.... i write them in form instead, i ask them kindly what happen to my order... another week have gone by with no answer, i write another form and still nothing. im not even sure anymore if they have customer service or they dont have enough experience or capable to do their buisness right. Problem with delivery is one thing, i can understand that but you dont leave your customer with no answer or pick up call(as i read from other review who got similiar experience). Im lucky that its my first order and im only order just one articel, i do feel bad for people with big order. I hope they answer me... if they cant send it to me, just tell me and refund my money!
Hey I tried contact you early. I placed order week ago, until now I haven't heard anything. When I checked my order number 10424937, showed contact customer service, your oder has some problems. Can you come back to me please, or just refund me, I had enough waiting!!!
I have ordered over €500.00 over 8 orders in the last 14 months. The product range has increased indicating the business is expanding....but it appears to have expanded beyond its capacity to fulfil orders. The last 3 orders have been a nightmare. The parcels seem to be refused at the French entry point with reports of damaged parcels by UPS. Indeed the parcels do contain glass jars and bottles that have arrived broken with very inadequate packing. This last order was made on 11/07 and only today - having received 2 of the 9 items in the order and 16 days after ordering the balance of the order has been cancelled and refunded! The emails from Koro show that the have zero interest in customer service - they do not read and respond to the issues - just sent out robotic replies. As this seems to be a pattern of failure I cannot continue to order - sadly - until Koro improve their customer service and fulfil their orders. MAIN SUGGESTIONS: 1. Pack your fragile goods more securely 2. DONT USE UPS!!!!!!28/07/2022 - I am still waiting for the refund on the undelivered part of the order. If you do that quickly I will order again in the hope that you can deliver asap as I needed this order for 4th August.05/08/2022 - Koro contacted me and on 04/08 I confirmed that I did want the balance of my order to be sent - and I am still waiting, STILL waiting ie 3 days later for a response. Koro simply do not have the admin infrastructure to deliver what they sell. It is nearly a month since I ordered ie paid. They have received payment but not delivering or updating me. They said "give us one more chance" ....but its just words. I had hoped to resume ordering in the future but I cannot deal with the unreliability and unresponsive customer service no matter how good the product.
