Review Time
Hey Team,I order a lot from you and every time something is damage. I couldn’t filled out dispute and emailed you 2 weeks ago. So far no responds? It makes no sense to send back the whole parcel when only small part is damaged. Your service have been declined. I never filled out any dispute except the last one. It would be great if someone can get back to me and you train your stuff how to pack parcel. I’m not surprised that something gets damage when you put on the top coconut oil.
I placed an order on the 27th of February 2023 and the order never arrived to my address although on my KoRo account it says order completed. After contacting KoRo and raising a complaints form and providing the details of my order, I got a reply from them saying “your order has arrived” with a screen shot of a previous order from January 24th 2023. How can I enquire about a delivery that was placed on 27th February that hasn’t arrived but I get provided with a previous delivery that did get delivered? That is absolutely ridiculous and stupid that someone has got this wrong in such a ridiculous way. I am very angry with KoRo at not being able to take simple instructions.
I placed an order with koroshop.gr on 3/2/2023. I received part of my order a week ago and there were several products (that are already paid for) missing. The receipt was also not included.The contact form in the koroshop.gr redirects you to the complaint form which simply doesn't work because it doesn't allow you to submit the complaint. This is the reason for the review in trustpilot in the first place, because there's no way of resolving this issue through the koroshop.gr website. Please provide a another valid contact form.
What a service degradation! I was a very good customer of Koro for 2 years now and I recommended it to all my friends and colleagues but I am now very ashamed when my friends tell me how horrible the service is. I also ordered there since 2 weeks. Of course my order was not even sent. What's worse is that I received an email saying that one of the items I bought is not available anymore. What a shame! I guess Koro is a victim of its own success...
Ordered a couple of things almost two weeks ago and can't receive a proper status update neither from Koro nor from UPS, which is supposed to deliver the package. The forms on the Koro websites in the support section either forward to a Bad Gateway error or don't work. Very disappointed.
Placed an order on 31.12.2022: order number 10999656 (31.12.2022, 11:10).Haven't received delivery. Got an email informing me of delay, but no info how long delay would be. Wrote an email 14.01.2023 requesting information, delivery or refund. No reaction!
