WARNING DO NOT USE THIS “COMPANY”An absolutely terrible experience. I bought a lampshade not knowing the company was based in China. The lampshade has a defect, after them asking for photos of every square centimetre of the shade, the box, the labels they pass you from pillar to post, not getting back to you after the need for them to confer with colleagues. Finally they said they would send a replacement, but to my surprise that didn’t arrive.It turns out it was just a delaying tactic so the PayPal protection expires. Avoid buying from them with every fibre of your being, in fact burn your money instead, at least you will be able to heat your home.
AVOID - Linked to a scam via a company called Trackerly. I ordered a lampshade from them. They sent me a tracking link to a company called Trackerly. Trust Pilot reviews of Trackerly indicate it is a scam. They asked for my credit card details and £1 to complete the delivery and release the item from the post office. However, those who have done this, have been charged a monthly subscription of £24.90.
This company is awful. I have asked several times for a wiring diagram of how to connect the fixture to a 120 volt power sources. Sixteen e-mails later they still can not tell me how to wire the fixture and to call an electrician. Electrician first thing he asked do you have a wiring diagram so that I do not burn out the LED? No I do not have one as one was not provided with the light fixture and still not provided. Electrician cost $135 dollars an hour fixture cost over $100.00 and I have nothing because the electrician did not want to chance installing it wrong and possibly causing a fire. Total waste of time an money and if I had read all the reviews first before buying the fixture would never had from this company.
This company is horrible. Do not order from them. I put in an order on January 18th and still has not arrived. I emailed their customer service twice and never got a response. When checking the tracking order it still says "in processing". I will be calling my credit card company for full refund.
Wish I had checked these reviews before - shocking - didn't send lights; basically "lie" when they email you saying they are being sent - try and fob you off with 5% off on products not even received after weeks and weeks - this company should be investigated
I cannot give 0 stars. Items received damaged. Thankfully I opened a dispute with PayPal and advise others to do the same and not accept any offers made by kwoking. PayPal refunded me the full amount after months of emails back and fourth with Kwoking. I emailed Kwoking after I received the refund and advised if they sent me a returns label I would kindly send the items back to help them investigate why I received items damaged (this inc burnt wires) and they replied as per their policy agreement I would have to pay to return the items. I don’t think they understood. Avoid this company from the get go but file a dispute for a full refund if you are not happy with the products.
I must be the only one but I had a good experience. I ordered on 09/01/2021 and the lights arrived on 26/02/2021 so therefore they took 7 weeks. Their website clearly says 40 days delivery so I can’t complain with 48 days. The products looks exactly the same as the website and no wiring issues on these ones. We already have them up and working the next day! I can’t give them 5 stars as I ordered some other items and after payment they said they were out of stock. They refunded straight away but frustrating when the stock on their website isn’t correct.
