My original lamp was damaged during the transportation.. i contact them immediately and they provided me with a full replacement, of course free of charge. Today, my replacement arrived witout any delay. Thank you, Kwoking.
Ordered a chandelier and it took about 3 months to arrive. We paid an electrician to fit it but he wasn’t able to put it together as it was made so poorly. There was a snapped piece of plastic on one of the lightbulb holders and one of the arms didn’t screw in. I submitted photos and a video of this to customer support who simply suggested ‘just put the arm back in’. I requested a refund but they only offered a replacement, which I didn’t want because I don’t trust the quality and don’t want to wait another 3 months for delivery. I again requested a refund and asked that they send me a returns label. They told me that the high cost of the return would be too much for me to pay (sorry, you’re supposed to pay for it with a faulty item?), and offered me instead a 15% refund if I wanted to keep the item. Dreadful service - I’m not lying about the item being faulty and have sent proof, why does it even matter if I don’t send it back? I’ve ended up having to accept the replacement item because I didn’t want to deal with them any longer. If the next one works I don’t know if I’ll trust it to not burn my house down to be honest.
Waited over 12 weeks (past original delivery due date) for a light fitting to arrive. Chased several times and kept getting told it was on its way. It has finally arrived and it is of the WORST quality possible. It’s a swing arm lamp, none of the arms will hold at the hinges and the lamp head is completely loose. So when fitted to the wall (paying for an electrician of course), it just hangs straight down. If I wasn’t so furious, it would be funny. And to add to this, it’s doesn’t even work! Have requested a refund, they keep trying to offer a replacement at a discount, which of course I don’t want based on the quality, but now they need to seek a supervisor for a refund…I don’t hold out much hope. AVOID, absolutely awful service and terrible quality product. I’d give zero stars if that was an option….
Bought a branch chandelier, 12th December, arrived 27th April. I emailed them to ask where it was, different replies. It turns out it was dispatched mid February not December. So I patiently waited, and waited. I got fed up and asked them for an end date, for when it was supposed to arrive, they said the last day would be 27th April, it arrived that very day (unfortunately). The packaging was a joke. The branches were put in clear individual plastic bags, a few bits of broken up polystyrene, a big polystyrene outer layer for them to rattle around in, then box. I emailed a picture saying 'sadly it's arrived today and one of the branches has snapped off, what can I do etc?'. They emailed back asking to unpack everything and take another photo, as there's hardly any damage. I asked if they were joking? And sent another photo - awaiting response....
Dreadful company to deal with. AVOID them like the plague. Ordered lighting, seven weeks later it arrived. Assembled it and switched on...BANG...bulb blew...lots of smoke. Smoke coming from on/off switch and wiring red hot. Notified them but initial response was to offer to send replacement bulb holder. I repeated the bulb holder was fine - repeated the smoking and hot switch/wiring issue. They offered to replace but a) we have no confidence in the dangerous product and b) didn't want to wait another seven weeks. They offered to replace, plus 5% compensation...then 10%...then 15%. Kept repeating we do not trust their company. Eventually we were offered a choice of keep the faulty, dangerous, not working item and have 40% compensation or the 15% plus new. Stressed we have no confidence in an item we deem dangerous so had to accept 40% and take item to rubbish dump. A truly dreadful company to deal with with rubbish customer service. Would have given zero stars but it seems one star is the lowest that registers. Will never go near this company and recommend no-one else does either.
