I rarely give poor reviews, but this company have been awful. Ordered three concrete and glass lamp shades. They turned up all broken, the glass (which turned out to be acrylic) was smashed on one lamp, bend out of shape on the second and cracked on the third. I messaged them for a full week afterwards and they refused to give a full refund, offering partial refunds and new goods, which I did not want. I have had to open a dispute via my bank to get the money back
Does anyone have the shipping address for Kwoking? They sent me their address for me to return a defective lamp and it’s in Chinese. UPS won’t accept.This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The lamp I bought did not work and had rust on it. When I asked to return, the asked for pictures of the lamp. I sent them. Then they asked for pictures of the box it came in - all six sides. I sent them. Then they offered me a 5% discount. Big deal. The lamp did not work! Finally I filed a dispute with PayPal and I can receive a refund but I have to return the lamp to China and they sent the address in Chinese. UPS won't send it if not in English. They are a ripoff.
I wish there were zero stars. I ordered 2 lights from them. Both of inferior quality. Despite their online policy stating return/refund less shipping if within 60 days if you don't love it, they refused to authorise/supply a return procedure. I've disputed with the bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Ordered a butterfly light. I received it earlier than expected. It arrived in good condition. It took me a month or so before I installed it. Everything went good and the light works and looks good. This was a special request from my grandaughter. She is very happy with it. No problems.
BUYER BEWARE - Sent light that was clearly a return, no packing to keep it from breaking. It was rattling inside and not working. I immediately reached out and they told me I was wrong. They kept trying to offer % off vs returning the item. It was DOA. They inevitably did not follow policy and attempted to charge me not only my shipping paid, and shipping back, but also a $145 additional fee. I am disputing charges with my bank account. DO NOT BUY
