Do not touch with a bargepole!Took 3 months to deliver £150 order and lights were not the same, argued on paypal with them to be offered a full refund if shipped back at my expense within 7 days!They are dreadful to deal with and I'll be writing it off to experience, but my advice would be never to deal with them.
Worst company we have ever dealt with. It is a shame there isn't a 0 star rating as 1 is too high. 8 weeks for a delivery and still nothing arrives. Keep being promised it will arrive and tomorrow but nothing shows up. Take your money and then say there are no refunds. Very very poor service. Would not recommend to anyone. Poor communication and extremely poor customer relation skills. Stay well clear
Run... save yourself a ton of headaches and frustration dealing with these moronic charlatans. I ordered 6 lights for my garage, paying an additional $125 premium to get the product sooner, which didn't happen, which was not even on the radar as the biggest issue with them. The 6 lights arrived damaged, broken parts, lights incorrectly installed, soldered wires pulled loose, bent light housing and a random 220 volt light, which like the rest of this disasterous order, was totally unusable. I sent pictures detailing the problems. They responded with 'they couldn't see the problems', which was just a diversion to evade taking responsibility for this previously used, broken, poorly veiled attempt to pass off their junk yard lights as new. My electrician was in disbelief how screwed up and unusable all the lights were. This is where it gets interesting... they said I had to pay to have this complete mess sent back??? What? Run that by me again... you send me product that's complete junk, and want me to pay to send it back? You understand we're having this problem because you sent me a box of junk, right? How they expect the buyer, who gets damaged, worthless product to now pay even more to have that product sent back defies gravity. I should've done more research on them, I would've avoided several hundred dollars getting thrown in the trash. I hope this helps someone else out there to not get involved with these snake-oil salesmen. Btw, I'd give them 0 stars, but that option's not available. Run...
