Electrics blew, dreadful service

Dreadful company to deal with. AVOID them like the plague. Ordered lighting, seven weeks later it arrived. Assembled it and switched on...BANG...bulb blew...lots of smoke. Smoke coming from on/off switch and wiring red hot. Notified them but initial response was to offer to send replacement bulb holder. I repeated the bulb holder was fine - repeated the smoking and hot switch/wiring issue. They offered to replace but a) we have no confidence in the dangerous product and b) didn't want to wait another seven weeks. They offered to replace, plus 5% compensation...then 10%...then 15%. Kept repeating we do not trust their company. Eventually we were offered a choice of keep the faulty, dangerous, not working item and have 40% compensation or the 15% plus new. Stressed we have no confidence in an item we deem dangerous so had to accept 40% and take item to rubbish dump. A truly dreadful company to deal with with rubbish customer service. Would have given zero stars but it seems one star is the lowest that registers. Will never go near this company and recommend no-one else does either.

Trying to buy a fan on line - chat about fan

After searching a long time I saw this beautiful fan on line: Modern Gold Finish Ceiling Fan with Dimmable LED Light and Remote Control - 110V-120V 52" Solid woodSKU: 2202657388I opted for a chat since I needed to know exactly how long the rod was and if the fan can be attached to a slanted ceiling. When I entered the item and typed my questions your associate took 15 minutes to answer and then asked me for the precise information of the item, which I had entered already before my questions. Then when your associate came back I was asked for the item number, which I had entered already. So I entered the item name and number again (x3 already) and what I needed to know, which I had entered already also. Thus I entered my questions again. Then your associate stated that the item number was not correct so I entered the item number once again. Then I was told that the item was not available and then was advised that the item was out of stock. So, why does your company still advertise an item that you do not have anymore? Needless to say I will never order anything from your company. You have very bad customer service.

I ordered an item

I ordered an item, which took forever to come, and by the time it did I no longer needed it. I reached out to the company and they would not allow me to return the item since there was nothing wrong with it. I explained it took too long and advised their return policy on their website which does allow for returns. They then tried to haggle with me on the return amount. I finally agreed on a 45% refund just to be done with them. It was as if they did not want their own items returned to them. DO NOT use this company!

The fixture is what was ordered.

The fixture I ordered came in timeframe advised on and was in good condition. My only complaint is the wires in fixture should be longer for ease of installation. I am happy with purchase.

Great customer service!

I was initially disappointed with the product I bought, which came slightly damaged. However, after contacting customer service they immediately sent me another one free of charge. I was satisfied with the speediness of the process and my lighting looks great!

Be aware of these Kind of companies from China. They don't care about customers. They lie and thats what they want, your money. Tons of emails with stalling taktiks. Please review to be aware of this scammers.

Tried to bribe me for a good review

Still trying to get the correct product...I've given up and put it in my credit card company's hands. They sent the wrong product and even after me sending pics of the original order and what was received they refuse to admit their error. They offered me a refund of 10% of purchase price!! Said i would have to pay for shipping,customs forms etc to send back and THEN they would refund me. They said they would refund me 80% of purchase price if i write a good review of their VIP Customer Service!! SCAMMERS!! The only reason they have any good reviews is because people wanted their refunds I'm quite sure. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

Ships items that arrive broken and the…

Ships items that arrive broken and the customer service is really bad. Takes forever to ship the replaced items. Additionally they don’t accept returns and will ask you to pay customs fees when you try to return the article. Avoid at all costs.
