Like everyone else has already recommended ....DO NOT BUY - 6 weeks and still nothing ....no honest/realistic means of finding where my order is and no help from the company. Once they have marked the item as shipped, there is no way of getting a refund ..according to the or ‘terms &conditions’ even though there is no sign of the item - utter useless company and a rip off - Stay Away !!!!!
I rarely write reviews but will do so about how horrendous this company is. They don't deserve the one star hereFor your own sake do not buy from Kwoking.com, they will send you a damaged imitation of what the are showing on their website. Then they'll hit you with nonsense emails when your trying to get a refund and will only give you a maximum 20% back! If you do go ahead and purchase MAKE SURE YOU PAY VIA PAYPAL, as you will get a full refund if you open a claim (which I have just received)Stick to purchasing from nations that have rigorous trading standards and quality assurance protocols and not from a nation that's given the world everything from the bubonic plague to sars, mers, swine flu, bird flu, covid and now cheap shabby imitation retail services. I spit on you, you rotten crooks!
We ordered two wall lights which duly arrived. In reality the quality of the product did not match the website offering. Nevertheless, when we came to place the product in situ and it was simply too big and we therefore attempted to return the goods. Kwoking's immediate response was simply to offer a 10% refund. Not what we wanted. They did offer to take back the goods but only if returned to China. Eventually we settled on their apparent 20% maximum refund, which has now come through. The lights will now either go to the tip or perhaps charity.The moral is do your research before buying. I would not buy again from the company based upon quality standards and their returns policy.
I can not Express this enough "DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY"You be highly disappointed, believe me, I ordered a light fitting on the 6th November 2020, it is now 20th January 2021 and yodel have not even received the item and I have been told by Kwoking that the item was dispatched on the 18th November 2020, now correct me if I am wrong but it does not take 2 months via a plane to get from China to England,Oh and I paid the extra to faster delivery...Joke....just like their customer services.
Warning! Do not buy from this company All the wiring was wrong and it cost me more fir my electrician to try and fix the problem The after service is terrible too, ask for more and more evidence when I have supplied photos , invoices and screenshot messages Terrible company
I have ordered 2 set of light fittings from this company. First it took months to arrive and then when they did from China both light fitting where broken. The company refused to refund and insisted on sending new lights. I have just received the new fittings which are badly scratched visible and they are refusing to send new ones or a refund siting "scratches would not affect the usage"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS ALL GOODS ARE CHEAP AND DAMAGED AND THEY DO NOT HONOUR THERE POLICIES.
I ordered a lighting product which arrived in almost 2 months. It was a collection of metal, plastic and wires (all disconnected). There was even no place to put the batteries in. On top of that, the item was also damaged. Absolutely shocking!I have been arguing with them over email for a long time. They want to me pay for the return delivery to China to get a refund or get a new item re-sent (it will probably be a pile of rubbish again).STAY AWAY FROM KWOKING
Do not use !! 6 weeks to arrive, fine. Light fittings installed by electrician, the lights tripped the whole downstairs lights, traced back to the lights fittings. Contacted Company who wanted photos of the damaged fitting ?! Took photos of the lights but obvs not the fault as it is inside ! Rolls eyes. Company delayed a refund and PayPal want me to send the lights back in their original condition for a refund within 7 days ?! To China !? AVOID this company charlatans
Two options on the order, one for quick delivery and one for a 5/6 week delivery. I chose the quick one which was at no extra cost to the slower one so had a feeling that the item wasn't going to arrive quick. It arrived 6 weeks later but in time for Christmas so it wasn't an issue for me. I bought a steam punk lamp and am very happy with it. The quality is great, it looks good and it works fine...just what I expected.
