Review Time
This company contacted me a YEAR after I requested a refund for a horrible product and told me they would give me a full refund after I changed my review. I told them refund first, then I will write a new review. Kwoking refused and then contacted Trustpilot to get them to remove my review, saying it was no t real when in fact they reached out to me! Insane.
Never receive any instructions to connect my lamp with the remote control (SKU:223353108) So the lamp light only light blue not what I expected.didn’t receive the screw with the lamp so it’s impossible to take a picture ! (It’s the screw to fix the base on the tube lamp SKU:22326553. and adaptators was not good to my country. They send me new but the lamp doesn't work... So i have to ask an electrician to fix it !! the third one SKU:222100483 : the cable is not long enough from the switch to the electrical outlet.Not HAPPY ! very bad quality and poor service ... 300 € for this quality it's theft.
I bought a beautiful light from kwoking, which arrived in good condition and worked perfectly. The order was placed and arrived within the expected delivery time. The light has been installed about 4 weeks ago and remains in beautiful condition. No complaints or downsides.
Not even worth 1 star. Do NOT USE Them. Horrendous quality! There not even certificated to be used in uk legislation. They come with no instructions and damaged. And to get a refund is IMPOSSIBLE! They are thieving… I think their reviews speak for themselves I wish I had read before purchasing!
I wish id seen these reviews before i'd purchased the lights. The lights i received did not have an earthed wire and some of the lights fittings were metal. The electrician i use refused to fit the lights. They don't come with instructions on any certification. I emailed Kwoking and asked for a refund after a few back and forth emails, where i was getting the same response each time, I decided to raise a dispute through PayPal and luckily they refunded me the money and the lights will be going in the bin.
I purchased a $100 light fitting from them because the specifications said it took “GU10” bulbs. After paying our electrician $225 to install it, much back and forth with the seller, multiple photos and many purchased bulbs (approx $315 with proof of purchases) that still do not fit - the seller has finally advised that the correct bulbs the fitting takes are “E27 from G45 to G50”. These bulbs are not available in the smart lighting line that we use throughout our home and we would not have purchased the fitting and paid to have it installed if this was the case. We have requested a credit of $100 AUD for the inconvenience caused along with the fact that we never would have bought the fitting if the website had listed the correct specifications in the first place. We were denied this request and have raised a PayPal dispute. So disgusted with the service and appreciation for accurate specifications when selling items on their website.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a light that arrived damaged. Worst is that it is not CE certified and should not be sold in the UK or EU. The manual/safety instructions aren't legal for the UK also. They use the return item and get refund trick - however you need to return to China.Light was also the worst quality product I've ever bought
There is no warranty with your purchase. When I asked for a replacement for a defective fixture, they made up a date that was just long enough for them to say it is out of warranty and refuse to tell me where to find this information on their website (because it doesn't exist). They also start the period from when the purchase was processed- not received. I ordered 4 of these and now have to either change all of them out and throw away $2200 or pay full price for another one to match.
