Really bad customer service. A lot of people are complaining about that on social medias. They take weeks and weeks to answer, or to refund the money. If you are lucky to get your dress and correct size since the beginning, everything it’s perfect. But if you need and exchange or refund the money, your nightmare start. You can wait months to get your refund or exchange or even an answer. The dresses are amazing but the customer service are really awful. So I prefer to spend my time and money in another brands. And of course, one thing that I can’t understand: now they have 2 websites, one .com and another only for European people. And one thing that i won’t never understand why they don’t have both websites the same dresses. And another thing really awful and sad, the curve and plus size. Other brands that I have, offer all their dresses in every size, no matter if you use a regular size or a plus size. But Lacemade never offer all their dresses in plus and size, only a few. That it’s really discriminatory. So no, this brand don’t worth it.
Really upset because I placed an order on their preorder dress “princess sugar days corset dress” on 6/27/25 and it said it would take 15 business days to ship preorder items. Well, it’s already been 11 business days so far with no tracking information or anything. I’m sure it hasn’t even shipped. I sent them an email to which they never responded to. I ordered this dress for my engagement photoshoot coming up in the beginning of August and now I have nothing to wear. 10/10 would not recommend :(
The website says they ship orders within 2 business days. It's been over 2 weeks and they are ignoring all my attempts at trying to contact them. It was for a birthday and now I'm worried it's going to be late. My order is #123746Edit: they responded to me and said my order isn't shipping because 1 of the items I ordered is out of stock. It obviously wasn't out of stock when I ordered so they have inaccurate info on their site. I also don't know why they wouldn't ship out the rest of my order. Very frustrating
My experience with Lace Made has not been good. I placed two orders with them. One was for a corset and it arrived quickly but the quality was poor and the sizing was way off. The other order (which was actually placed first) still has not arrived and it's been around 6 weeks. I tried getting help from the online virtual assist and that was a waste of time - I got nowhere with it. I sent an inquiry through the form on the website and got a response. It appears that my order is stuck in transit somewhere in the US. It has apparently been there for weeks. I have given up hope in ever seeing my order.This is in response to the reply from Lace Made:I'm not interested in wasting my time exchanging a product that is poorly made - just to receive a replacement that is equally poor quality. In regards to the issue of my missing order, I've already provided my order number/order info numerous times I have gotten nothing but a run around. This issue has still not been resolved and I doubt it ever will be.
Another month and I still haven't received anything I paid for in June!The Midsummer Shade Cardigan 2.0 being out of stock was supposed to be the reason why they couldn't send my order, but I've seen it available in their website. I've send emails, but they're still being ignored. I don't want to wait in uncertainty any longer. If my order can't be fulfilled, cancel it. I just want my money back after all I've experienced. I've ordered a dress with more expensive shipping, which said would mean that it would arrive to me in 5-7 business days after it was shipped. In reality, it took 10 business days. A friend of mine, also ordered the exact same dress at the exact same time as me, to the same country. They only paid for the normal shipping (which cost half as much as the shipping I paid for) and theirs arrived much earlier, earlier than mine. I contacted customer service, sent them to messages to explain my disappointment, they continued to just say that customs are out of their control. While I understand that is true, they should account for that in the shipping time. Since the website promises 5-7 days shipping. The dress was beautiful and very well made, but for your wallets sake, I'd recommend only paying for normal shipping, and if you need it for a specific time, order it many weeks in advance.
The Flower & Mirror Corset is of great quality. The fabric is soft, stretchy, and comfortable to wear. The delivery was on time, and the courier was friendly and professional. Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish!
I had nearly given up on receiving the dresses for my 16 yr old daughter's UK prom as I had placed an order on 23rd March and after chasing and getting a tracking code it took until 6th of June for them to arrive! However, all the feelings of frustration did evaporate when she put on the dresses which fit beautifully on her, have the whimsical style which she likes, are fully lined and of great quality.I am glad I ordered with so much time in advance of the prom party which is now only 2 weeks away.Dresses bought were "Nile Rose Corset Dress" and "Love of the Purple Taro Corset Dress"
